As a matter of principle, the Arbeitsgemeinschaft Baltikum e.V. does not use any data of its members on the internet. An exception to this is the publication of personal data on the website www.arge-baltikum.de including the digital version of the association's publication BALTIKUM.
On May 5, 2018, the 2018 General Assembly of ArGe Baltikum e.V. adopted a "Declaration of Consent for the Publication of Member Data on the Internet" to meet the requirements of the EU Data Protection Regulation. The association's forms (e.g. application for membership) were amended accordingly. See page Membership in the ArGe.
Other personal data of members (surname, first name, postal address, telephone, fax, e-mail address, bank details, collecting areas, membership status) will be used by the Executive Committee in an Excel file exclusively for the internal operation of the Association (mailing of publications, member information, invitations, etc.) and will not be passed on to third parties. In particular, no publication will be made on the internet.
