Other personal data of members (surname, first name, postal address, telephone, fax, e-mail address, bank details, collecting areas, membership status) will be used by the Executive Committee in an Excel file exclusively for the internal operation of the Association (mailing of publications, member information, invitations, etc.) and will not be passed on to third parties. In particular, no publication will be made on the internet.
