Internet application of the authors
This database is accessible to anyone who is interested. All you need is a working internet connection and a browser programme like the one you are currently using to view this page.
You can view the tables or figures on the Internet or, if you are interested, download the entire content or only parts for your own use. Don't worry, you won't damage or change the original files in the process, as you only have read but no write permission. You can then edit and change the parts you download to your own computer according to your own needs.
Please also read the brief introduction to the topic "The Daily Stamps of the Independent Republic of Lithuania since 1990 - Introduction and Systematisation".
Via the link on the right you can perceive various options:
a) Under "0-update" you will find update information for this application.
b) The "Einführung (Introduction)" contains basic information on Lithuanian postmarks and translations of Lithuanian postal terms into German and English.
c) The "Excel-Dateien (Excel files)" contain location-related information on individual stamps and their dates of use.
d) In the "Postfilialen (Post Offices)" directories you will find images of postmarks and covers for each postmark location.
Note: possibly existing .DAV directories and their contents included with the files provided for download are not relevant for the date stamps, but cannot be avoided due to the internet processing of the entries. You are welcome to delete them on your computer.
